My job is to turn on the light so that people's voice — and the organization's intelligence — can emerge.

I read thinkers before I read business. Consciousness, purpose and evolution are the questions everything else stands on.
Technology
I've been coding since I was a kid. I see artificial intelligence as an extension of human thought — never its replacement.

Every company can become a continuous learning system. My role is to design that loop with its leaders.
The human factor
I love turning the light on: when a person hears themselves clearly, the team becomes something else entirely.
∞ PURPOSE
I want to leave this world having contributed to raising the consciousness of business leaders. They play a vital role, because they meet real needs and create voluntary, harmonious value exchanges with society.
Through their intelligence and their reason, leaders create next-level solutions. This is a noble and heroic way of elevating society and the human condition.
It only makes sense when we generate real impact on the environment and on other human beings — when we move their conditions and their view of the world to a higher level. We're here to be the best version of ourselves, fully, in every domain of life.
